What pyTAMS can do for you

Provided an implementation of your dynamic problem core functionalities, pyTAMS uses the TAMS algorithm to evaluate the transition probility between two stables point in your system. TAMS is particularly adapted to rare transition probability prediction, where brute force Monte-Carlo method is computationally too expensive.
