Anatomy Matters

Anatomy Matters provides the code and notebooks used to reproduce the figures and tables for the manuscript Anatomical Origin Defines Tumor–Immune Archetypes in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma.

The repository contains twelve independent Jupyter notebooks with inline outputs for manuscript figures, supplementary figures and Table 1. Cross-platform setup scripts create an isolated Python environment and retrieve the versioned AnnData input dataset from Zenodo. A runner can execute the complete analysis suite to recreate the reported figures and tables.

The workflow is designed for reviewers and researchers to inspect results immediately or rerun the full reproducibility package with a low setup burden.
