Code and data supporting the publication: ZIMFLUX: Single molecule localization microscopy with patterned illumination in 3D
Description
ZIMFLUX combines modulated excitation patterns with vectorial PSF engineering for
fluorescence microscopy. This deposit contains the build/configuration sources,
Python entrypoints and C++/.NET components required to reproduce the analyses
reported in the accompanying thesis chapter.
Contents:
-
ZIMFLUX/ Python entrypoints (runfile.py and friends)
-
photonpy/, photonj/ PhotonPy wrappers used by ZIMFLUX
-
cpp/, vectorpsf/ native components (SMLMLib)
-
cfg/, dotnet/ configuration and tooling
-
SMLM.sln Visual Studio solution for SMLMLib
-
BUILDING.txt, installing on conda.txt, README.md
Example 3D nanoruler datasets and calibration data can be found in Zimflux_sample_data.zip; see attached file. The code is released under MIT (see
LICENSE.txt).
