RESCUE develops advanced mathematical and computational foundations, methods, and technologies for incident response to protect utilities from state-sponsored cyber attacks, cyber secure the Control Room of the Future, and improve the operational resilience of integrated cyber-physical energy systems to such threats considering a further digitalisation. To achieve our vision of a cyber secure and resilient future cyber-physical energy system, RESCUE will address three challenges: i) cyber resilience analysis, planning, and operation of integrated CPS, ii) incident response to cyber attacks, and iii) knowledge utilisation via technology demonstration and transfer to industry, and building human capital for utilities.
