These are the scripts used to train two models to automatically assess muscle ultrasound images on the presence of neuromuscular diseases. The first model is used to predict the Heckmatt score based on the input image and, optionally, the patient BMI and age. The second model distinguishes healthy from non-healthy, based on the (predicted) Heckmatt score for each muscle.
