Description
Noodle Biomedical Literature Discovery is a public, read-only service for finding and exploring biomedical research.
It supports:
- natural-language and PMID, DOI, or PMCID search;
- source-linked publication details;
- related-paper discovery;
- bounded citation and semantic literature graph traversal;
- corpus coverage and freshness inspection.
The hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint lets compatible agents use these capabilities directly. The public adapter is Apache-2.0 licensed.
