MonteRay is a fast Monte Carlo (MC) dose calculation engine developed for proton, helium, and carbon ion beam therapy. It is designed to combine the high dosimetric accuracy of Monte Carlo simulations—widely regarded as the gold standard in radiotherapy—with computational performance compatible with research and near‑clinical workflows.
