Description

LQL-Equiv-web computes biologically equivalent doses in radiotherapy (BED, EQD2) under the linear-quadratic (LQ) and linear-quadratic-linear (LQL) models, with NTCP, TCP and radiation-induced cancer risk estimates.

  • Runs entirely in the browser: no installation, no account.
  • Also available as a Python library.
  • Successor to the 2014 MATLAB tool LQ-Equiv, validated on 4,438 cases against it.
  • Free and open source (MIT licence).
