Description
Life Science Ecosystem Lab provides three independently callable research-software assets:
- Life Science Knowledge Workflow — a deterministic, source-grounded knowledge workflow available through native GitHub Actions, a command-line interface, and portable CWL
- Life Science Evidence Tool — independent provenance, metadata, documentation and research-software verification with JSON, Markdown and SARIF outputs
- Life Science Protein File Audit — offline and deterministic protein FASTA and PDB file analysis with bounded quality reports
The project separates executable verification, external registry records and scientific validity. It does not perform clinical interpretation or claim that registry presence alone establishes scientific correctness.
