Description

Scripts and tools for processing yeast tracking data and extracting results on

mRNA localisation. Includes gain/offset calibration, nuclear-envelope (NE)

detection, MLE spot fitting and mRNA particle tracking, plus result-extraction

utilities and the figure scripts used in the accompanying publication.

Contents:

  • runfile_single_folder.py end-to-end per-folder runner

  • extract_results.py aggregates per-cell tracks across parent folders

  • figures/ publication figure scripts

  • utils/ shared helpers

  • miscellaneous/ data-format prep and cluster submission example

  • results_tracks_gapclosing10/ published tracks in CSV format

Bulk raw imaging data, calibration images, trained network weights, and NE
