Raw data and scripts supporting measurements of topologically trivial states at the edges of Bi(110) on Ge(111)

This dataset contains scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and spectroscopy (STS) measurements of Bi(110) on a Ge(111) substrate.

This dataset contains raw data, step-by-step manipulated data and analysis scripts. Each file is labelled using the figure number it corresponds to. The STM topography images can be opened using the open-source Gwyddion tool (https://gwyddion.net/). Each topography file contains both the raw and final version of the image. The STS curves are stored in a plain-text csv format. The scripts are Python 3 Jupyter notebooks.
