Description

Code and experimental data for the master's thesis "Power Spectra of Non-Stationary Noises." The purpose of the project is to simulate trajectories from stochastic processes relevant to qubit decoherence, which are conditioned to specific initial values, and calculate their power spectra. Included is the code to generate trajectories of the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck and two-level fluctuator (TLF) ensemble processes. The method of generation is to sample the probability density of the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process, and to simulate the flips of each TLF in an ensemble for the TLF ensemble process. For more information about code and data, please see READMEs. The data consists of .json files used in the thesis, named in the following manner '{name_of_process}N{number of samples}{observation duration}{conditioning level}.json'.
