cryoswath-paper-workflow

This repository contains the Snakemake (Python) workflow, scripts, notebooks, configuration files, manuscript template, and environment specifications used to reproduce the figures, tables, and manuscript for “CryoSwath: a CryoSat-2 swath processor and monthly surface elevation dataset for Arctic mountain glaciers”. The workflow is build for 64-bit Linux machines and relies on "pixi" for the setup of the production environment. It can use pre-build input from a companion dataset to skip resource-demanding processing steps.
