Code for N-Intertwined Mean Field Approximation on Random Walker Induced Graphs
Code for N-Intertwined Mean Field Approximation on Random Walker Induced Graphs
Description
Contains code related to NIMFA epidemics on RWIG temporal networks. The thee "DRWIGNIMFA" scripts simulate NIMFA epidemics on discrete-time RWIG temporal networks and return the prevalence. Kpatientzero has K patient zeros, Kpatientzeroloops has K patient zeros and assumes self-loops, while Kpatientzeroinitialcond allows a general initial viral condition. RWIGNIMFAprevalenceapproximationhomogeneousinitcond.m is a function that calculates the closed form approximation of the prevalence that we propose in our work. The three "validationfigure" scripts vary the different parameters from a baseline and plots the error of the prevalence approximation. Steadystatefigure.m makes figures that can be used to analyze the steady-state behavior of the NIMFA prevalence.
