Code belonging to Quantitative Characterization of Budding Yeast Polarization at the Mesoscale

This repository contains the image analysis code belonging to the publication Quantitative Characterization of Budding Yeast Polarization at the Mesoscale and can be used to segment polarization events from a field of view and derive quantitative observables for each event, as described in the publication. It can be used with the example data from the corresponding data repository, or with other 3D timelapse fluorescence microscopy data.
