Description

Contains code and data used for analyzing the transition time from the intermediate to the quenched regime. The quenched, intermediate and annealed regimes are the three regimes of timescale separation. When a network changes very fast (annealed) or very slow (quenched) it can be approximated with a static network. In the intermediate regime it cannot. The transition times are the bounds of the intermediate regime and describe the speed of change that a network should have in order for it to be accurately approximated with a static network.
