QuWater

Quantum computing for water networks

While the broad application of quantum computing in water distribution networks may take over a decade, Vitens recognizes the strategic advantage of proactively exploring its potential benefits. Together with Vitens’ Water Expertise Center, this project aims to assess the practicality of quantum computing for addressing challenges in water flow modeling by developing a quantum-enabled water network simulation toolkit.
