National Research Software Day 2024

On the 23rd of April, the first National Research Software Day was organized by the Netherlands eScience Center and LCRDM. This day brought together research support staff, research software engineers, researchers, policymakers and community leaders, and was filled with engaging talks, unconference sessions, beautiful artwork and much more!

The RSD team was invited to participate in the panel session on National Infrastructures for Sustainable Software, where we discuss the current infrastructures available for research software, the role they play in the scholarly landscape, and the obstacles we encounter in sustaining them.
