The following is a set of guidelines for contributing to the Research Software Directory (as a Service), which is hosted on GitHub. These are mostly guidelines, not rules. Use your best judgment, and feel free to propose changes to this document. We welcome any kind of contribution to our software, from simple comments or questions to a full-fledged pull request.

If you find a bug or experience unexpected behaviour, you can submit an issue:

To request a feature you can submit an issue on GitHub. Please keep in mind that our development resources are limited, so we may not be able to honor your request.

Contributions to the code are by no means the only way to contribute to the Research Software Directory. If you wish to contribute in some other way, please contact us at email@example.com.
